Effectively, our associates visiting from Satt Spring Island made an incredible dinner final evening and oh, boy, I want I had been there for the salmon with chili crisp and little sautéed new potatoes and excellent zucchini bites and just a little first course salad of chick peas and wild arugula and tiny raisins and a lemon, garlic, olive oil dressing that mama swooned over….
They kindly kitty-sat me as soon as for 2 weeks and oh boy, was I one blissful camper! Longtime associates which can be actually extra like household (than a few of the actual ones) are as valuable as…properly…we kitties! How fortunate we’re to have them come such an extended method to say howdy, however subsequent week they’re headed for homosexual Paree and extra adventures…sigh. I’ll make sure you comply with their journey and hold them protected.😻 I feel there is likely to be some salmon in Paris..non?
And I’m fairly positive that in the present day mama and papa are sticking with cottage cheese and fruit!, haha. (
