Simply Norman and me as we speak: I headed north west to Thornham, the place after only a brief stroll we loved terrific views of a juvenile Pink-backed Shrike, posing within the early-morning daylight. We moved alongside the coast to Titchwell, the place we finally managed distant views of yesterday’s Pectoral Sandpiper in addition to just a few different odds and ends.
Since Linda had requested me to ship a few of her wax wraps to Cley VC, we headed east for tea and scones, adopted by a stroll to Bishop’s after which alongside the East Financial institution. Loads of the anticipated waders – Ruff, Blackwits, Lapwings – however they had been always being spooked by a Pink Kite and a feminine Marsh Harrier. (Spotlight was a beautiful little Water Vole – photos tomorrow!)
