Together with a number of hundred others from numerous native teams, Sue and I have been nominated as ‘Neighborhood Champions’ for our fund elevating and environmental monitoring efforts at Hemblington Church. We have been invited to participate in a procession within the Grand Ring on the Royal Norfolk Present, the upside of which was 4 free tickets and free parking!
I would by no means visited the Present earlier than, and located it completely pleasant: numerous nice foods and drinks stalls, vegetation, livestock and shows, together with motorbike stunts, parachutists and Thelwellesque ponies!
We completed the day with supper on the King’s Head, Bawburgh: terrific meals in a wonderful restaurant.
