My title is Lu Zhang and it’s my nice pleasure to affix Wildlife Biology as a topic editor.
I accomplished my PhD at Peking College in China, centered on the ecology and conservation of threatened Przewalski’s gazelle on the Tibetan Plateau. I then moved to Memphis TN and Starkville MS to finish two postdoctoral fellowships, throughout which I principally performed a reintroduction venture of Chinese language large salamander, the biggest amphibian and a critically endangered species. After that I moved again to China and began to work at Solar Yat-sen College as an affiliate researcher and later an affiliate professor. Since then my analysis work has been centered on riparian zones, together with the ecology and conservation of Eurasian otter, the interactions amongst otters and different sympatric medium-sized carnivores, and the perform of otters and different carnivores on this ecosystem. I additionally work on evaluating the effectiveness of conservation measures reminiscent of protected space and native ecological data.
