The Pantheon with its well-known gap within the ceiling…
So many statues to perch upon and survey the antics of the “senate and folks of Rome”…senatus et populus qua romanus”…on each Roman manhole cowl and elsewhere on public properties. Simply to remind everybody what belongs to whom, haha.
Santa Maria del popolo, mama’s and papa’s favourite little church and the beautiful angel holding the blessing water.
Final however not least, mama’s favourite meals!
I believe I’ll do little excursions of gorgeous locations now that the climate is gorgeous…extra to come back.
