Linda, Sue, Peter and I handed a delighful night cruising alongside the River Ant from Stalham to Barton Broad and again. Organised by the Museum of the Broads, these journeys supply the digital assure of shut views of Kingfishers: we weren’t disenchanted, encountering half a dozen of the gorgeous creatures! As well as we noticed Widespread Sandpiper, Gray Wagtail and Marsh Harrier.
At a really cheap value, the journey was a totally gratifying expertise, not the least for the educated and amusing commentary of the ‘skipper’!
