It is turn out to be a practice that Linda, Sue, Peter and I get pleasure from a pre-Christmas night out: usually this has been a go to to a light-weight present at a stately dwelling reminiscent of Sandringham, Felbrigg or Blickling, however has not too long ago included a visit on a steam practice adopted by dinner in a pub!
Final night time we took a journey from Aylsham to Hoveton and again on the slim gauge Bure Valley Railway, preceded by a pleasant meal on the Black Boys, Aylsham. (The one disappointment was the extremely loud Gen Z-ers and their 4 infants who took turns shouting at one another and crying all through the meal…)
